According to Appendix No. 3 of the Law of Ukraine On Protection of Consumer Rights (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/172-94-%D0%BF#Text), audio and video products belong to the category of appropriate quality goods, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In this regard, from the moment the buyer sends links to the materials of paid video courses, the order is considered delivered and cannot be returned.
However, if the customer changes his mind to buy the product, he may receive a refund on the day of payment, provided that he has not got the access for video courses download yet. In turn, to complete such a refund request, you need to indicate your full name, order number and the reason for the refund for the video course paid on the same day. Send the letter to email melnikinbox@gmail.com. If your request is approved, the Author will ask you for the appropriate bank details to make a refund. Refunds in this case can be made within 7 working days.
Also, in case of technical problems with the playback of media files of a video course or claims regarding the quality of recording audio or video tracks of videos of a video course, the client can send an email to melnikinbox@gmail.com, it will be considered, and the client will receive feedback within 4 working days.
In addition to the above-mentioned points, the Author also invites buyers to read section 9 of the Public Offer – Liability of the Parties and Resolution of Disputes.
